Our resources are suitable for 5 to 12-year-olds with activities catering for different ages and levels of ability. Our art-based nature studies are designed to gently guide kids with reading ability through the activities on their own. Younger kids will need assistance. Adult supervision will be required at times, a great opportunity to spend quality time connecting with your child! Our Notes from Nature letters are designed for a parent or teacher read aloud or for a capable reader.

Our easy to follow instructions are written to the child and are designed to gently guide kids with reading ability through the activities on their own, as long as they have access to the supplies needed. Some activities do require adult supervision and younger kids will need assistance.

Not at this stage, but its on our list! The activities are packed with valuable learning opportunities and would definitely tick some boxes if you would like to match them yourself.

We do not offer a complete curriculum. Our resources are perfect for nature-loving families, homeschool families, unschooling families, classrooms, and enrichment programs. If you are homeschooling or a classroom teacher, our resources will be a wonderful addition to supplement or enrich your exisiting curriculum or learning style.

Our art based nature studies are designed to nurture curiosity, creativity, and a lasting love of the natural world. Studies show that when children feel connected to nature, it becomes familiar to them and important in their lives. They learn to value the beauty that is all around them and become good stewards of it, respecting it, caring for and protecting it. In a gentle way, our art based nature studies highlight the threats and challenges our Australian wildlife encounter to create awareness and encourage a love for these amazing creatures and their habitats.

Our art-based nature studies are designed to be neutral. Families with a Christian worldview or a secular worldview would both feel comfortable using our resources. If you come across something that’s not your thing, you can still use it and omit what you like. Its your family! If we create a faith-based resource in the future, this will be clearly labelled with ‘biblical worldview’ for transparency.
